'Desh Ek Raag Hai' is a poem that was written by Jan-Kavi Bhagwat Rawat (1939-2012). The seminal piece features his arguments and discussions (still relevant) on the idea of the 'nation state'. This is a poetry recital on the piece itself.
Performed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, Ratna Pathak Shah and Rasika Dugal, this piece comes at the most fitting time, as the poet-persona sends his message to his country (and not to his 'nation') on the occasion.
